Further, we have trained staff for jobs like documentation, processing of documents, managing transportation, planning of shipments and port formalities. We take regular feed back from our customers ton facilitate trouble free operation.

We serve clients all over the world and serve as a gate way to more then 50 countries across the globe.

We have a Grievance Cell to address the complaints of customers. Our Managing Director looks in to the complaints and these complaints are addressed within hours of receipt. And every effort is made to address theses complaints mainly through e- mail/ fax.
